Product guarantees
Every piece of Element Jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months, from the date of the original purchase. This means that we guarantee to replace or repair your jewellery should there be a defect due to original workmanship.

Returns policy
If your purchase is unsuitable, you may return it to us for a full refund, credit note or product exchange within 28 days. All we ask is that the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange, and also make sure to include your name and address.

  • Please note that we are unable to extend this returns policy for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
    Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items that arrive to us damaged, or lost. And also, we cannot refund the original delivery charge. On the other hand, if your order arrives damaged in transit, we will replace jewellery and jewellery boxes without charge. You must let us know of any breakages within two days of receiving the order.
  • We are unable to extend this policy to earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • We are unable to extend this policy on the made to order rings in the Brian Fulton Fresh range, and the Shona Carneige, Amanda Doughty, Catherine Woodall ranges.
