Every Xen Watch is carefully crafted using only the finest materials and outstanding technology.
We provide you with a warranty on your Xen watch of 24 months from the date of purchase. In the event that a warranty case arises, all defects which are attributable to a material or manufacturing deficiency will be rectified free-of-charge, upon presentation of the warranty card.
The following are excluded in this warranty:
1. Theft, loss, force majeure and accidents (blows, pressure...)
2. Damage as a result of incorrect or improper use. Improper handling also includes, but is not limited to, modifications due to additional or exchanged components, which are not manufactured by Xen.
3. Damages incurred through unauthorised third-party intervention
4. Leather wrist strap and crystal
5. Wear and naturally occurring aging of the watch (such as e.g., deterioration/wear and tear on case, watch straps, batteries,...).
6. Requested repairs that are not accompanied by the Xen Watch warranty card, which must be completely filled out, dated and signed by Element Jewellery.
In keeping with this warranty, all work on your Xen watch must be performed by the authorised Xen repair service, who will document and certify the completed repairs with the date and official stamp.
The warranty is only valid when accompanied by the date of purchase and signature of Element Jewellery.
To ensure that your Xen watch continues to run smoothly even after the warranty period, it should be serviced at regular intervals.
